Do you like sports? Do you like winning? Look no further. You are in the right faculty. We didn’t just bring home the Emily Shield in 2018, 2019 and 2020, but also in 2021. No doubt we are planning to bring the shield back in 2022. This year we have one returning sports rep - Georgia – and three committed and keen youngsters - Charlie, Felix and Tom – to lead us into a sweet Engineering win.

We're looking forward to a big year of interfaculty sport and hope as many of the new and old engineers get involved this year to put Engineering on the shield 5 years in a row! #engofivepeat

See you soon!

          The Engineering Sports Reps.

What sport do you guys play?

Each week is different. Ranges from dodgeball to AFL. Keep updated by joining our Facebook group called “ Interfaculty Sport - Engineering” which you can join at the click of a button!

Why should I come?

This is possibly one of the easiest ways to make friends. Those who sweat together, stay together.

I’m heaps busy - when is it on?

Pop in every Wednesday between 10am – 3pm. There will be Google Forms to fill out prior the sport.

Where must I go to get involved?

Indoor sports are in our Sports and Aquatic Centre and our outdoor sports are at the Square. If you don’t know where those are, feel free to message the page or one of the sports reps.

Do I need to bring anything?

Positive energy and a keen attitude to give anything a try. You don’t need to know how to play to join – just bring an appetite to smash the other faculties and we’ll get on just fine. We also have sports shirts ready to go each week that we'll hand out to every volunteer!
